Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers via phone calls and conducting proactive follow-ups when required.
  • Confident in engaging customers and building relationships through both verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to clients' issues and enquiries promptly via phone calls, email, chat, and internal software.
  • Proactively engage and follow up with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Introduce and demonstrate the system to customers, including account registration, job posting, and platform features.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and support them in maximizing the value of the platform.
  • Escalate clients' issues and opportunities to the Sales Team when necessary.
  • Support the Account Manager by maintaining a positive, professional, and customer-centric attitude.
