• Identifying, acquire, manage and track IT Assets (hardware, software, and yearly renewal services subscription)
• Sourcing and vendor management: source, evaluate, recommended cost- effective, ensure timely delivery and service level agreements (SLAs) for software and hardware acquisition.
• In charge of managing dispose of faulty IT device, securely wiped for maximum value recovery through resale or scrap with proof of description and recorded.
• Replenishment- proactively to ensure restocking hardware inventory, software licenses renewal, or peripheral supplies before they run out.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics Engineering.
• Must possess at least min 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools or Service Desk platforms.
• Knowledge of software licensing compliance and IT governance practices.
• Reliable, efficient and professional at all times.
• Must have own transportation.
• Light travelling is required.
