What you'll be doing:

• To seek and identifying potential tenants for vacant spaces in the commercial properties
• Work closely with managers on negotiation of lease agreements
• Managing the leasing process from start to finish, including site viewings, contract preparation, and tenant onboarding
• Maintaining strong relationships with current tenants and addressing any tenancy-related issues or concerns
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to develop effective leasing strategies
• Collaborating with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
• Achieving set leasing targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall business objectives

What we're looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration of leasing documentations and handling tenants in shopping malls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge in commercial property industry and regulations in Malaysia would be an added advantage
