Responsibilities
PART-TIME ACCOUNT & ADMIN ASSISTANT
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Account & Admin Assistant to join our team.
Job Scope:
Reconcile bank transactions with the accounting system
Prepare and consolidate documents for e-Invoicing and self-billing
Assist with payroll processing
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
Data entry and administrative support
Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge
Familiar with accounting software (experience with SQL/AutoCount is an advantage)
Good attention to detail and organised work habits
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer skills
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Working Arrangement:
Part-time position
Flexible working hours (to be discussed)
Suitable for retirees, housewives, students with accounting background, or those seeking flexible work
