We are a Layer 1 blockchain company with active operations across the United States, Singapore, and Dubai. We run an ongoing digital currency project serving the US market, alongside a new and expanding engagement in the UAE. As we grow our brand presence across multiple markets, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and communications team on a project basis.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join us on a project basis. You will work closely with our marketing team to produce compelling visual assets across digital, brand, print, and product design — helping to communicate our story clearly and consistently to audiences in the blockchain and fintech space.
This is a flexible engagement suited to a designer who is independently motivated, able to manage their own time, and comfortable working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.
Scope of Work
Digital & Social Media
- Design static and animated assets for social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Telegram
- Create visually engaging content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and community announcements
- Produce email newsletter templates, banner ads, and digital promotional materials
Brand & Print Collateral
- Develop and maintain brand assets including logos, iconography, typography systems, and colour palettes
- Design print-ready materials such as brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, event signage, and presentation templates
- Ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across touchpoints
UI/UX & Product Design
- Support the design of user-facing interfaces and product screens, working alongside the technology team where required
- Create wireframes, mockups, and visual prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly
- Apply user-centred design thinking to produce intuitive and visually polished digital experiences
General
- Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously, delivering work on time and to specification
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction, incorporating feedback iteratively
- Maintain and organise design files and assets in a shared repository for team access
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, with a strong and diverse portfolio spanning digital, brand, and print work
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools — Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma are essential
- Experience designing for the blockchain, Web3, fintech, or technology sector is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or equivalent) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or equivalent) to enhance creative output and accelerate production workflows
- Ability to interpret a creative brief, ask the right questions, and translate direction into polished visual output with minimal hand-holding
