Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and following up on leads to maximize catering revenue.
• Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, conduct site inspections, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Event Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with the culinary and banquet teams to plan menus, coordinate event layouts, and oversee operational details.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and repeat customers to encourage recurring business.
• Administrative & Financial: Prepare and process detailed event orders, track sales forecasts, and manage billing and budgets

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
