Job Overview:

Source, co-ordinate, plan and purchase a full range of materials & services required by the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the purchase and inventory management of assigned materials and services such that the requirements of the operation are successfully supported.

2. Co-ordinate supplier selection / qualification process, negotiation, site audit and all communication between supplier and requestor.

3. Monitor current supplier performance (Pricing, quality, delivery and services) and drive for continuous improvement.

4. Benchmark pricing with ASE Corporate and industry; explore opportunities to reduce cost and inventory investments.

5. Communicate and ensure suppliers comply with the appropriate standards such as ISO, TS and GP requirements.

6. Process purchase requisition and awards purchase orders / procurement contracts to suppliers.

7. Identify obsolete materials and seek disposition.

8. Any others duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience:

Trainee / Junior Executive – Diploma with minimum 2 years experience / Fresh Graduate.

Senior Executive – Degree in relevant discipline and more than 3 years experience.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
