Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain product quality to ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Verify and review inspection records including IPQC, FQC, and OQC processes.
• Investigate product defects and prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Coordinate with production and internal departments to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and maintain inspection standards, control plans, and quality documentation.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and support new product introduction activities.
• Conduct process audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Analyze quality data and prepare weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Prepare and support 8D reports and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train employees on inspection methods and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in quality inspection, NCR handling, and corrective action implementation.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and understand GD&T.
• Familiar with inspection equipment such as Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Projector, and CMM.
• Knowledge of SIP, sampling plans, and quality control methods.
• Experience in 8D reporting and process improvement is preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage to support business communication.
