Job Description:
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other documents.
- Support recruitment by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Assist with payroll + accual , benefits, attendance, and leave tracking (100 employee +-)
- Calculate & submit EPF,SOCSO, EIS, HRDF,PCB
- Manage EA form, liaise with auditor
- Ensure HR practices follow Malaysia's labor laws.
- Draft and manage HR memos, meeting notes, and letters.
- Assist in lincensing renewal (Padi,KPDN,MPK,Puspakom,etc)
