Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers in a courteous manner.
• Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.

Requirements

• High school SPM or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
