Quess Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Production Engineer (Fresh Grad) in Johor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing product designs and blueprints
• Collaborating with product designers and other engineers
• Strategizing the development process, including raw materials and machinery
• Monitoring production and reporting progress
• Addressing any bottle necks or issues within production
• Estimating the cost of production
• Estimating cost of materials needed to complete production
• Collaborating with executive-level management to align expectations and objectives
• Completing progress reports
• Oversee installation of machinery and equipment
• Plan and schedule regular maintenance
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Ensure workshop is clean, tidy and well organized

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering is a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design
• Knowledge in ISO and quality processes is a plus
• At least 2 years working experience and proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Solid-works or Inventor
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training is provided
• Able to converse fluently in English. Moreover, proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required for this role, as it involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients / stakeholders
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
