Responsibilities
Job Title: Fleet Admin, Officer (Kuching branch)
Key Responsibilities
1. Issue and send Requisition Orders (ROs) to external vendors and suppliers via email.
2. Prepare and compile monthly closing reports at the end of each month.
3. Maintain and organize company records and documentation, including quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
4. Monitor and verify stock inventory to ensure consistency between physical stock levels and records in the Fleet Management System (FMS).
5. Update costs from external and internal vendors in the Fleet Management System (FMS) and Order Management System (OMS) on a daily basis.
6. Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and invoices for third-party clients as requested by the Sales Representative.
7. Manage and process transactions through the E-Perolehan system for third-party sales activities.
Job Requirements
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
