• Deliver technical resolution and troubleshooting support across network and server ecosystems.
• Execute scheduled system upgrades, routine firmware patching, and data backup recovery protocols.
• Coordinate batch scheduling and automated file transfer processes while upholding strict regulatory compliance standards.

skills and experience required.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
• Minimum 5 years of experience with hands-on experience managing infrastructure within cloud and server environments.
• AWS or cloud related experience
• Solid capability in supervising multi-platform server OS environments, scripting automation, and performance analytics tools.
