Position:German Speaker

Contract 12months and renewable subject to project demand

Location: KL Sentral (24/7 shift including weekend & public holiday)

5 days in a week

Responsibilities:

• Working towards creating a positive environment and improve user experience online.
• Managing sensitive content and safeguarding content effectively on digital platforms.
• Responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
• Understanding and remaining up-to-date with client policies and guidelines.
• Resolving inquires according to defined policies and procedures.
• Fulfilling base productivity and quality requirements.

Requirements:

Must be able to Read, Write & Speak in German

Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team.

Fresh Graduate welcome to apply with good proficiency in German speaking

Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
