We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products through calls, emails, and chat. Job Responsibilities:

Who We’re Looking For
• Candidate must possess at least SPM
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and team spirit
• Fresh graduates & entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Prior customer service experience and familiarity with electronic product are a plus
