- Prepare, issue, and organize warehouse documents such as delivery orders, stock transfer forms, invoices, and receiving records.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately in the system or spreadsheet.
- Coordinate with warehouse team, purchasing team, outlets, suppliers, and drivers on stock movement and delivery arrangements.
- Check and verify goods received against purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Assist in monitoring stock balance, stock movement, damaged goods, and missing items.
- Update inventory records and ensure all stock documents are complete and properly filed.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, stock requests, and outlet orders.
- Assist in stock count, cycle count, and monthly inventory checking.
- Report stock discrepancies, shortage, overstock, damaged goods, or delivery issues to management.
- Ensure warehouse documentation follows company SOP and approval process.
- Support general administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification - fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in purchasing, admin, procurement, F&B, warehouse, or inventory roles will be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and careful with numbers, documents, and supplier records.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
