Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Admin to support daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role will assist in managing invoices, payment records, data entry, filing, and basic finance documentation to ensure company accounts are properly updated and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, record, and organize invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related documents.
- Perform daily accounting data entry into the accounting system or spreadsheets.
- Assist in checking supplier invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and payment documents.
- Monitor and update payment records, outstanding payments, and basic account tracking.
- Assist with account payable and account receivable documentation.
- Follow up with outlets, suppliers, or internal teams on missing documents or payment details.
- Maintain proper filing for accounting documents, receipts, invoices, and statements.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash records when required.
- Support month-end closing preparation by ensuring documents are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with finance, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth documentation flow.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in accounting, admin, finance, or clerical work will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, statements, and payment vouchers.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic accounting software.
- Careful with numbers, documents, and filing.
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Interest in customer experience, communication, or community engagement
- Experience in retail, F&B, or service industry is a plus

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
