Location: Island Wide
Working Hours: 44 Hours/week (Shift timings)
Salary: $3000 - $5000

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor prawn broodstock health and breeding activities.
- Select suitable broodstock for breeding and reproduction programs.
- Conduct spawning, hatching, and larval rearing operations.
- Monitor water quality parameters, including temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen, and ammonia levels.
- Maintain breeding tanks, ponds, filtration systems, aeration equipment, and other aquaculture facilities.
- Ensure compliance with farm operating procedures, food safety, and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of aquaculture equipment and work areas.
- Work closely with farm managers and technical specialists to achieve production targets.
- Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements
- Experience in aquaculture, fisheries, hatchery, or prawn farming preferred.
- Basic knowledge of aquatic animal health and water quality management.
- Ability to work outdoors, weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules when required.
- Willingness to work in wet and humid environments.
- Knowledge of record-keeping and farm management practices is an advantage.
