Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Assist with manpower planning, task allocation and operational briefings.
• Monitor warehouse workflows and ensure work is carried out according to SOPs.
• Check warehouse documents such as delivery orders, goods receipt records, picking lists and inventory movement records.
• Support WMS transactions and verify that system records match physical stock movements.
• Assist with stock arrangement, cycle count preparation and inventory discrepancy follow-up.
• Handle operational issues involving damaged goods, missing items, incorrect picking or packing, and delivery delays.
• Support warehouse safety, housekeeping and incident-reporting practices.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, deployed workers, transport partners and client representatives.
• Assist in reviewing workflows and suggesting practical improvements to warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics or manpower coordination is helpful but not compulsory.
• Applicants without direct management experience may be considered, as structured on-the-job training will be provided.
• Willing to learn warehouse operations and work at client warehouse sites.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and work with different operational teams.
• Responsible, organised and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
