Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to align with project goals and timelines
• Track project progress, plan, and expenditures; report delays to project manager and escalate when necessary
• Manage project tasks from briefing to completion, including preparing profit sheets, handling vendor quotations, submitting vendor invoices, updating project inventory, processing redistribution orders, coordinating projects, and arranging logistics
• Review as-built floor plans and reports to support project accuracy
• Assist with site coordination and act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries
• Support Project Managers in daily operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and maintain organized project documentation such as project plans and status reports following company policies
• Facilitate clear communication among project team members to enhance collaboration
• Coordinate with local and international vendors and the supply chain to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor project costs to maintain budget compliance
• Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and calendar management for the project management team
• Assist team members with administrative tasks to support project efficiency
• Follow established workflows and procedures to meet deadlines and schedules
• Compile and distribute project reports to stakeholders for transparency and updates
• Maintain records of previous and ongoing projects to ensure continuity
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project needs
