We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in maintaining and supporting critical security infrastructure for our valued clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, and Security Systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, hardware issues, and network-related problems.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to service requests.

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Work closely with project teams, customers, and vendors to deliver excellent service.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or a related discipline.

Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or Security Systems is preferred.

Familiarity with IP networking, structured cabling, and system troubleshooting.

Hands-on, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (advantageous).
