Talent Acquisition & Business Development Executive

Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented individual to join our growing team. This role combines talent acquisition and business development, focusing on attracting quality candidates, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the growth of our advisory business.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for prospective candidates.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate relationships.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies through online and offline channels.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires.

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support client engagement initiatives, events, and networking activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in recruitment; prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable engaging with professionals across different industries.
