Job Responsibilities:
I. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
· Checking staff attending
· Handling staff’s leave
· Calculate staff salary
· Recruitment & Staffing
II. Creating job descriptions and posting them on job boards, social media, and company websites.
· Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications.
· Facilitating new employee orientation and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
III. Compensation & Benefits
· Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
· Managing health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off (PTO), and other employee benefits.
IV. Training & Development
· Organizing skills development and compliance training.
· Helping employees set career goals and providing opportunities for growth.
