Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a company or department to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflows. They play a key role in ensuring that the company’s resources are utilized effectively to meet business goals

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.

- Create and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

2. Process Improvement

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Utilize lean management techniques to reduce waste and optimize resources.

3. Resource Management

- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

- Ensure adequate staffing levels and coordinate with HR for hiring and training needs.

4. Performance Monitoring

- Establish performance metrics and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

5. Quality Control

- Ensure products or services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Implement quality assurance programs and conduct regular audits.

6. Supply Chain Management

- Oversee the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

7. Risk Management

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

8. Customer Satisfaction

- Focus on improving customer experience and satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
