Location: Sembawang
Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,500 per month
Working Hours: Rotating Shift (6-Day Work Week)

• 9:00 AM – 5:20 PM
• 11:40 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily commercial laundry operations.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor a team to ensure productivity and service standards are met.
• Allocate manpower and oversee workflow planning.
• Ensure laundry items are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Prepare operational reports and escalate issues when required.

Requirements:

️ Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
️ Experience in commercial laundry, warehousing, or similar operational environments preferred.
️ Strong leadership and communication skills.
️ Comfortable working in a warm and humid environment.
️ Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
