1. Project Coordination & Construction Support

·        Coordinate with ongoing C&S and Architectural works to ensure proper sequencing and smooth execution of construction activities.

·        Resolve service clashes and ensure proper coordination of all M&E systems.

·        Coordinate contractor rectification of M&E related works during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).

2. Design, Planning & Technical Management

·        Provide technical input across the project life-cycle, including planning and design stages, with familiarity in M&E requirements, BOMBA compliance, and relevant authority regulations.

·        Optimize consultant designs through value engineering.

·        Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems.

3. Tender & Cost Management

·        Support the QS team in M&E related technical tender evaluations.

4. Testing, Commissioning & Quality Assurance

·        Drive critical testing and commissioning (T&C) for M&E related activities to ensure all systems meet required performance standards.

·        Ensure seamless post-handover operational readiness by supporting Customer Service in diagnosing complex M&E defects.

5. Authority Compliance & Approvals

·        Manage M&E related authority submissions and approvals, including Form G submissions for CCC.

6. Other Duties

·        Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management from time to time in support of business objectives.
