We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our civil infrastructure project team, supporting viaduct construction works with a focus on Earth Retaining or Stabilising Structures (ERSS) and reinforced concrete (RC) works. The role involves supervising site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for ERSS, excavation support systems, piling, and RC works

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams on site execution

• Monitor site progress and report any delays, risks, or technical issues

• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and authority requirements

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on completed works

• Enforce safety regulations and promote safe work practices on site

• Assist in preparation of method statements, permits, and site documentation

• Support testing, inspection, and handover activities when required

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in infrastructure and viaduct projects preferred

• Strong knowledge of ERSS systems and RC structural works

• Familiar with local construction safety standards and authority requirements

• Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, proactive, and a good team player
