JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive, inspect, store, and organize materials and finished goods in compliance with GMP requirements.
Review production and delivery schedules to ensure timely stock preparation and support sales requirements.
Pick, pack, and issue materials and finished goods accurately according to FIFO and delivery instructions.
Verify materials meet specifications and manage returned materials with updated records.
Prepare finished goods for shipment and coordinate dispatch based on pick lists and Sales Support instructions.
Supervise loading of finished goods by external contractors, ensuring safety and accuracy.
Inspect pallets and materials for defects, contamination, or damage; remove non-conforming items.
Operate material handling equipment safely for loading, unloading, and movement of goods.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and equipment condition to safety standards.
Protect inventory integrity through proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.
Perform quantity and visual checks on incoming and outgoing materials.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to Planning/Purchasing.
Report quality issues and returns to Quality Assurance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, safety, and company policies.
Support additional warehouse duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Secondary education or equivalent preferred.
Warehouse/logistics experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and FIFO.
Familiar with GMP, ISO, and safety standards.
Able to operate warehouse equipment safely.
Physically fit for manual handling.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
Good team and communication skills.
Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.
