The Crew of Rides Operations will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and guest-friendly operation of attractions in Universal Studios Singapore. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety standards and operational procedures within the attraction.
Key responsibilities:
Operate rides in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Conduct pre-opening and closing checks to ensure equipment and areas are safe and operational.
Provide excellent guest service, including greeting guests, answering enquiries, and assisting with loading and unloading the rides.
Monitor guest behaviour and enforce safety rules to ensure a safe environment.
Respond promptly and appropriately to technical difficulties, guest incidents, or emergencies.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of ride areas.
Support crowd control and queue management during peak periods.
Report any ride malfunctions, abnormalities, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Required qualifications:
Minimum GCE ‘O/N’ Levels or ITE.
Prior operations experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
Skills/ attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including being comfortable speaking to large groups.
Attentive to detail and safety-oriented.
Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
Able to perform shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
