Responsibilities
We are recruiting Telco Sales Representative to support campaigns for an established client in the telecommunications industry.
This is a field-based role focused on face-to-face customer engagement and sales. You will gain hands-on experience in communication, sales, and day-to-day team operations, while building practical skills relevant to business and people management.
This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are comfortable working outdoors, and are interested in developing skills in sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct face-to-face outreach and engage customers professionally
• Present and explain telecommunications products and services clearly
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work with team members to support daily sales activities
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
Training & Development
• Structured onboarding and on-the-job training provided
• Ongoing coaching in communication and customer engagement
• Exposure to basic team coordination responsibilities
Requirements
• Comfortable with field-based and outdoor work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required
