Job Scope
Provide one-to-one counselling and coaching support for students' social, emotional, and mental well-being.
Support student management, counselling services, and restorative practices.
Conduct individual and group intervention programmes for students with additional needs.
Facilitate student well-being sharing sessions and consultations for teachers.
Support CCE and ECG programme development and teacher engagement initiatives.
Liaise with external agencies and social service organisations on student support matters.
Provide counselling consultations for parents when required.
Support parent engagement through talks, workshops, and school initiatives.
Requirements
Recognised Postgraduate Qualification or Master's Degree in Counselling.
Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling, coaching, or student well-being support.
Experience working in a school-based or youth-focused environment.
Experience conducting intervention programmes and supporting students with additional needs is an advantage.
Parent engagement experience, including talks, workshops, or counselling consultations, is preferred.
