Working Hours:
6-day work week
4:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Assist in daily food preparation and production operations in the central kitchen
Prepare, process, portion and pack food ingredients according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Support the team in achieving daily production targets
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation, catering or food manufacturing environment preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to start work in the early morning
Responsible, reliable and willing to learn
Good teamwork and communication skills
