What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warranty Admin Assistant (Retail), you'll be handling warranty claim submissions, tracking payments and credit notes, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth process flow.
Review, validate, and submit warranty claims accurately and on time
Ensure repair orders and supporting documents are complete to speed up approvals and reimbursements
Prepare warranty and technical reports required by BYD / Denza
Track warranty settlements, including returns, payments, and credit notes
Review manufacturer warranty payment statements and coordinate with Accounts Receivable
Prepare and maintain monthly reports (summary, ageing, parts usage, WIP, rejection analysis, acceptance rate)
Review repair orders to reduce claim rejections and prevent revenue leakage
Identify ways to improve warranty processes, coding, and workshop workflows
Support warranty audits and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
Analyze claim trends to spot recurring issues and improvement opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum NITEC in Automotive or equivalent
At least 3 years of automotive or warranty experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and adaptable to fast-paced environment
