Temp HR Admin Assistant (3 Months)

Job Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end recruitment administrative support to the HR team
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Liaise closely with multiple HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure smooth recruitment processes
Administer pre-interview assessments and track completion status
Prepare and process job offers where required
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
Update recruitment trackers and databases
Handle general HR administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
Minimum Diploma
Prior experience in administration, recruitment coordination, customer service, or HR support is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Able to commit for the full 3-month assignment
