Location: Tampines (East)
Salary: Up to $4000++

Job Responsibilities
Support engineers in process improvement and daily manufacturing operations
Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, SAP and SFC system data
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and production ramp-up
Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement projects
Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
Support ISO implementation and documentation
Train production operators on work instructions and process changes
Work closely with production, engineering and quality teams
Requirements
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering
1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process Engineering or NPI
Familiar with SAP, SFC, BOM or manufacturing systems
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and process improvement is an advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills
