The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Sales General Manager to lead our growth. You will guide our teams to success while ensuring every client experiences the highest standard of care. This role is about building people up, from empowering your sales staff to reach their full potential to helping our clients feel their absolute best.
What You Will Do
Lead and mentor the sales teams across our various brands and clinic locations.
Design and execute clear sales strategies for our core offerings, including facial treatments, hair growth solutions, and body shaping services.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining a strict focus on honest and effective customer service.
Analyze daily sales performance and provide actionable feedback to help the team improve.
Cultivate a supportive and inclusive workplace culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive based on merit.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role.
Background in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people and resolve challenges gracefully.
A results-driven mindset paired with a genuine commitment to client care and ethical sales practices.
Ability to work collaboratively across different brand portfolios and diverse teams.
