Job Summary :
Location: Tanglin Mall
Working Hours: 9:30am – 7:00pm OR 11:30am – 9:00pm
Work Days: 5-day work week
Salary: S$14/hour
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and handle all customer service matters at the Customer Service Counter
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Great Rewards loyalty program
Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, and marketing activities
Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE N Level qualification
At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts and weekends as required
