Role:
(a) Cooking include operating oven, griller and induction cooker.
(b) Serving as a form picker, picking items and cutting pretein base on order form
(c) Washing of used kitchenware, maintening and cleaning the kitchen space
Prepare high quality food, with emphasis on fried, boiled.
- Ensure kitchen team is well trained and equiped with the knowledge and skills for the food in the menu.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all time.
In charge of the daily work and ordering for the assigned section.
1. Need to get up early to prepare soup etc.
2. Carry out given recipes and instructions with precision speedy.
3. Ensure strict health and hygiene practices.
4. Cleaning, organize and taking care of kitchen equipment as needed
