Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is essential for business and operational requirements.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible with working hours when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Possess own transportation and be willing to travel when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and action items on behalf of the Chairman.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and business engagements.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Assist in personal and business-related matters as assigned.
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records.
- Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support business operations.
