Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. 
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is essential for business and operational requirements. 
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Flexible with working hours when required. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Possess own transportation and be willing to travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. 
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. 
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Follow up on tasks, projects, and action items on behalf of the Chairman. 
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and business engagements. 
  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing urgent matters. 
  • Assist in personal and business-related matters as assigned. 
  • Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records. 
  • Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support business operations.
