Responsibilities
- Conduct business needs analysis by engaging stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, current processes, and pain points.
- Apply Design Thinking methodologies to ideate innovative solutions and prototype concepts.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed, concise, and testable business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Engage in solution engineering by identifying and analysing complex business and technical problems, breaking them into manageable components, and collaborating with technical teams to design scalable solutions, including AI-driven process enhancements.
- Manage communication and expectations across senior management, end-users, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Actively assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Propose Generative AI tools and techniques to enhance data gathering, insights generation, solution ideation, and business analysis efficiency.
