Job Description

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum one (1) year of relevant working experience in operations, administration, customer service, or business support functions. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  3. Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
  4. Candidates with a music background, the ability to play a musical instrument, or prior experience in the music education industry will have an added advantage.
  5. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Forms).
  6. Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
  8. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of following established procedures and operational guidelines.
  9. Possession of a valid driving licence and access to personal transportation will be an added advantage, as occasional travel between outlets or event locations may be required.

Responsibilities

  1. Execute operational tasks and administrative assignments as delegated by the Junior and Senior Operation Executives, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  2. Assist in monitoring daily outlet operations and promptly escalate operational issues, discrepancies, or improvement opportunities to the relevant personnel.
  3. Support the maintenance of operational and academic records through accurate documentation, data entry, filing, and database management.
  4. Coordinate logistics and administrative arrangements for events, training sessions, meetings, academic activities, and operational requirements.
  5. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks and effective operational support.
  6. Learn, understand, and consistently apply company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational workflows to maintain service quality and efficiency.
  7. Assist in preparing operational reports, tracking task progress, and compiling relevant data for management review and decision-making.
  8. Support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and internal activities to foster a positive and productive working environment.
  9. Assist in handling customer enquiries, administrative follow-ups, and service-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Support inventory management, academic material distribution, and operational resource coordination across outlets when required.
  11. Participate in operational audits, outlet inspections, and process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with company standards.
  12. Perform any other operational, administrative, or project-related duties assigned by management to support departmental and organisational objectives.
