About the Role

This role reports to the Technology Support Manager and is responsible for supporting existing technology processes and systems. Additional responsibilities will include maintenance of and collaboration with internal stakeholders and team members to build innovative solutions that support business objectives, strategies, and processes for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't just close tickets but seeks to understand the why behind system behaviors to prevent future issues. A successful Technology Specialist will exemplify and champion values of providing quality service and recommendations to all associates and clients.

What You'll Do

• Applies technical expertise to the implementation, monitoring, or maintenance of IT systems
• Maintaining subject matter expertise by keeping abreast of industry best practices.
• Building and maintaining documentation on the current state of our processes and systems
• Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, and other routine tasks
• Support end-users with technical support and training. Consult with company-wide, internal stakeholders on new requirements and optimization of existing capabilities.

What you Bring

• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in relevant Technology roles
• Embodies the skills of being a strategic thinker and a good listener and applies them to learning quickly
• Excellent comprehension, verbal and written communication skill
• Outstanding client service skills through timely execution of daily requests and quick resolution to issue
• A self-starter that is highly capable of working in a remote location with a virtual tea
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity—a natural tendency to troubleshoot beyond the surface level and a proactive approach to mastering new platforms
• Adapt to dynamic environments and shifting demand
• Application of critical thinking skills and inquisitiveness to challenge the status-quo and requests; fostering the best possible outcomes for the busines
• Must be able to initiate and collaborate on projects

Nice to Have

• Experience with supporting Microsoft 365 ecosystem
