We are looking for an MEP BIM Coordinator/Modeler to join our team for projects in Singapore.

Location: Buona Vista

Salary: (depending on experience)

Working Days: 5 days per week, 9AM -6PM

Job Scope:

- Develop and coordinate MEP BIM models using Revit.

- Prepare BIM drawings and shop drawings for MEP services.

- Coordinate with architects, structural, and project teams to resolve clashes.

- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and requirements.

- Support project documentation and BIM submissions.

Requirements:

- Experience in MEP BIM modeling (Revit).

- Knowledge of MEP systems coordination.

- Experience in construction or consultancy projects is an advantage.
