Requirements

• No experience in real estate sales, preferably in the residential property sector are welcomed too
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability build rapport with clients
• Good understanding of the local property market and relevant industry regulations
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-drive with a passion for real estate
• Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
• We value candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with potential buyers for the company's residential property developments
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the developments
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to both prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaign
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline, and provide regular progress reports
• Contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
