Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers and contractors for competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchase materials as required.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors on material orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and PO documentation.
• Resolve purchasing issues, including order discrepancies and delivery delays.
• Attend project meetings and support ad-hoc administrative and procurement duties.

Requirements

• Candidate with diploma in interior design/construction related study are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship experience in purchasing construction materials are welcome to apply.
