Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and dressing wounds
• Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient treatment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
• Monitor and respond to changes in patients conditions promptly and appropriately
• Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed
• Support junior staff and supervise healthcare assistants when necessary
• Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and assist in minor procedures
• Participate in ward rounds, shift handovers, and staff meetings

Requirements:

• Valid nursing registration and license (e.g., SGRN certification or equivalent)
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting preferred
• Good clinical knowledge and nursing judgment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
