Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users
  • Provide first-level IT support and escalate complex cases
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops and basic IT infrastructure
  • Assist in system deployments and user onboarding

Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of support experience with desktop systems and remote tools
