Role Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects in Banking or Insurance
• Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams for strategic alignment
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines using Agile and traditional methods
• Report progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• 7–10 years of project management experience, preferably in BFSI
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and stakeholder communication
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to work in regulated, high-performance environments
