Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute sales plan for assigned customers including but not limited to key accounts to achieve sales targets and business goals. Maintain good relationship with customers to grow and sustain the business. Maintain close relationship with internal parties on implementing business plans. Monitor brand mix / performance / exposure and increase door productivity Market visit.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability within the channel.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Business Development: Actively seek new opportunities to expand the wholesale network by identifying potential partners and cultivating long-term relationships.
  • Order Management: Oversee order processing, inventory allocation, and delivery schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports, analyze account performance, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in sales/business development within the Wholesale or Retail industry (5+ years preferred).
  • Experienced in people management
  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations, sales processes, and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experienced in SAP is preferred
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Travel required.
