Job Summary
You will design, develop, and review courseware using the ADDIE model, create new course packages based on market trends, and maintain course documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. You will support curriculum activities and assist with digital learning systems.
Responsibilities
Analyse training requirements and design courseware using the ADDIE instructional design model to ensure effective learning outcomes
Independently develop new course packages integrating industry-relevant skills based on market trends and management input
Create and develop content for both WSQ and non-WSQ training modules to meet learner and industry needs
Vet course content and structure, providing creative and clear write-ups for new courses to enhance learner engagement
Maintain accurate course documentation and version control to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Support Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Quote (ITQ), and course contextualization activities to align offerings with client needs
Participate actively in curriculum meetings, briefings, and related projects to contribute to continuous improvement
Respond promptly and accurately to curriculum and assessment queries to support learners and stakeholders
Ensure learning resources are current, accessible, and relevant to enhance the learner experience
Assist with the administration and maintenance of Training and Learning Administration Systems to support training operations
Utilize Generative AI tools to prepare digital content, enhancing course delivery and learner engagement
Leverage background knowledge in Food & Beverage, Service sector, or Digital skills to enrich course content and relevance
Required Competencies And Certifications
Excellent command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with learners and stakeholders
Experience in adult learning and workforce development to design relevant and impactful training programmes
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate documentation
Analytical skills to evaluate course effectiveness and improve curriculum design
Problem-solving skills to address curriculum and assessment challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams to achieve training objectives
Preferred Competencies And Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education, Training, and Curriculum to support advanced instructional design and curriculum development
Familiarity with e-learning design and digital platforms to enhance course delivery and learner engagement
Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and committed to quality and learner-centered values to drive continuous improvement
